Registration Policy


MCIU EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

WITHDRAWAL/BILLING PROCEDURES

* Participants must log into their registration account at mciu.gosignmeup.com and DROP/CANCEL their enrollment.
* Participants who DROP/CANCEL registration (as specified above) 7 or fewer calendar days prior to the day of the event or are a NO SHOW will be invoiced the full amount of the registration fee.
* Participants who DROP/CANCEL registration (as specified above)for synchronous/face to face sessions 8 or more calendar days prior to the day of the event will not be charged.

* Participants who DROP/CANCEL registration for ASYNCHRONOUS/SELF-PACED sessions will receive a full refund if cancellation is received within 7 calendar days of the initial registration and is made prior to logging into the asynchronous/self-paced course. Participants will not be issued a refund for cancellation once they have logged into the online learning system.

ATTENDANCE, EVALUATION COMPLETION & ACT 48 REPORTING
MCIU will report Act 48 hours for participants who provide a PPID number and also comply with the following:

* Sign in at the start of the event and attend the session in its entirety.
* Complete the ONLINE EVALUATION within ONE WEEK after the event. Log into your account to complete the evaluation.
* No exceptions will be made.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

* MCIU reserves the right to cancel any event.
* Update your profile regularly. Participants are notified of cancellations via the email address provided within the participant's account profile.
